Ordering & Payment 

All jewelry is handcrafted and made to order. Production and delivery times should be expected. The average delivery time is 4-8 weeks, but if you require your order sooner, please contact hello@treokai.com to discuss possibilities.

Ordering Custom Pieces 

Bespoke orders can be placed via email, Instagram, or in person at Treokai studio on Classensgade 10. I recommend booking an appointment for a consultation about custom-made jewelry.
Custom jewelry orders cannot be returned. A 50% deposit (or an agreed amount) is required when placing the order, with the remaining balance due upon completion before pickup or shipping.

Pricing 

Treokai reserves the right to correct pricing errors and adjust prices without prior notice. Items are subject to availability.

Payment methods

Payments can be made using:

  • Visa – for in-store purchases

  • Mastercard – for in-store purchases

  • Bank Transfer – for orders arranged remotely

All transactions are processed securely. Payment details are provided when confirming the order..
All prices include VAT, and purchases are made in Danish kroner (DKK).

Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Returns

Treokai offers worldwide shipping. Shipping costs vary by country. If ordering from outside the EU, please email hello@treokai.com to confirm shipping options and costs.

International Orders (Non-EU)

For international (non-EU) orders, additional customs duties and taxes may apply once the shipment arrives in your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. If you are unsure what duties may apply to your country, please contact us for guidance before placing your order.

Delivery Time

All jewelry is handcrafted and made to order. The average production and delivery time is 4-8 weeks. Shipping time depends on your location. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Withdrawal

You have 14 days to return non-custom items purchased via the webshop. The return period starts from the day you receive your order. To initiate a return, email hello@treokai.com within 14 days and include your order number. The customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs costs. Custom-made jewelry cannot be returned.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in the same condition as received. Any wear or damage may result in a partial refund or no refund at TREOKAI’s discretion.

Warranty & Repairs

TREOKAI offers a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects but does not cover:


  • Wear and tear from daily use

  • Damage due to improper use

  • Aesthetic changes over time

  • Loss or damage caused by accidents

Stone settings require regular maintenance. An annual check-up is required in order for the warranty to apply.
